Twizz

Cancellation and refunds

Three situations. The one that applies is the one that actually happened.

If you cancel

The cancellation terms you were shown and accepted before payment control. That includes any penalties from the hotel or other supplier.

On your own cancellation, Twizz may keep card-processing costs it cannot recover, and only those costs, when that was disclosed before you paid.

If Twizz cannot provide the booking, or described it wrong

Twizz refunds the affected amount within the deadlines California law sets. A credit is available only if you ask for it in writing after the cancellation.

Twizz does not keep a processing deduction when the refund is because of Twizz.

If a supplier fails

Twizz refunds the full affected amount, even if the supplier does not refund Twizz. Twizz does not keep a processing deduction on that refund.

One narrow exception: if Twizz has already paid your money in full to the hotel, the operator, or another registered seller of travel for that service, California lets Twizz give you a written statement and the bank records of that payment instead.

Seller of Travel No. 2173433-50 Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
