For stays Twizz sells, Twizz is the merchant of record. Before any card step, checkout shows the hotel, dates, room, guests, all-in amount, and cancellation terms. Confirming places an authorization hold. Twizz rechecks the price, books with the hotel, and charges only the confirmed amount. If the booking is not confirmed, Twizz releases the hold.
Activities Twizz sells are a separate charge after the final plan, no earlier than the change-by date, and never more than the estimate you authorized.
A rental car is a contract between you and the rental company. You pay that company at pickup. Twizz arranges the reservation and does not collect the rental charges.
A price on a trip is an estimate until the hotel confirms. Twizz rechecks it before charging. You will not be charged more than the confirmed amount, and not more than the estimate you were shown for that stay.
