TWZ Solutions LLC, doing business as Twizz Travel, collects your name, email, and phone so we can confirm the trip and send booking details. Checkout also stores the lines you selected and a record of the disclosures you acknowledged.

We share data with these categories of companies, and only as needed to provide the trip:

• Payment processor
• Hotel wholesaler
• Rental-car and activity suppliers
• Email and analytics vendors

Stripe is our payment processor. A saved card stays on file while you have an open booking, a refund window, or a dispute. After that, we detach it. We detach it sooner if you withdraw permission. You can ask us to remove a saved card once nothing is owed, by emailing trips@twz.solutions. Transaction records and consent records are kept separately from the card.

Confirmation emails go to the address you enter. Reply to that email, or write to trips@twz.solutions. If email delivery is not configured, the message is stored with the booking instead.
